About the Business
The Secret Garden is based in sunny Eastbourne, on the south-east coast of England. Here we enjoy selling direct to the public from our specialist retail outlet, which houses a large selection of our gorgeous replica botanicals. We believe this gives us an extra dimension of service to our customers, since all the products are available for viewing and can be scrutinised for accuracy and quality.
We love the 'wow' factor of displaying the products in our shop, and hearing delighted reactions daily gives us a positive boost and further drive to bring the products to a bigger audience, which is what we are doing here online. We also love seeing our regular customers and benefitting from face-to-face interaction, which we believe is the best way to build strong business relationships.
The Secret Garden has been through several changes over the years, originating (under a different name and ownership) in a small upstairs unit in a quiet shopping centre.
